Not everyone can sing, dance, or act well. Behind the scenes, you must stick to a strict schedule and live a certain way. Most of the cast didn’t eat pizza after every episode of Big Bang‘s many seasons. Instead, they followed strict exercise and eating plans.
Mayim works hard and is making progress as well. She takes a kickboxing class, a more aggressive way to work out than what Kaley likes to do, throwing around dumbbells and taking yoga classes.
The Sled Push and Parsons
Jim is going all out and not holding anything back. If you watch some of his workout videos, it’s clear that he gives it his all when he works out, unlike those funny workouts on Big Bang Theory with Cuoco.

Time To Roll
Melissa Rauch, who plays Bernadette, is getting ready for a challenging workout by stretching. People who work out every day need to have this. Foam rolling is a must before and after any activity.
Not only is Parsons strong, but he is also not afraid to try challenging exercises like the landmine squat shown above. Parsons can rest on a ball under him to make sure he goes down.
It’s time to plank
Planking is hard enough, but Cuoco makes it even harder by doing it on top of two rollers.
Mayim is on her game
A picture of Mayim when she looks like she’s there. Just imagine how Sheldon would have felt about Mayim doing kickboxing. That would have been a great scene all by itself. This would have made a great Big Bang episode.
Leonard on the running machine
Who could forget this funny episode of “The Big Bang Theory” where Leonard tried to keep up with his other coworkers? Cardio isn’t easy, as he found out the hard way, which many of us do.
Sheldon is strong because he can pull himself up from a dip position. Not only does that take a lot of upper body strength, but it also takes some stability and flexibility.
Side Plank Work
She is in a side plank, but Cuoco is making things much harder for herself. She is doing a plank with one arm while holding the yoga ball between her legs.

This is twice as hard as it used to be. The heart rate is going up to pull all that weight, and the muscles are also working hard.
