You have to have friends, though. According to a new poll, ‘Friends‘ is the best TV show ever. The popular NBC sitcom starring Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer came out on top of the study, which was paid for by YouTube TV and done by OnePoll.
From a list of 35 well-known TV shows, “Friends” (43%) and “Seinfeld,” which was made by Larry David, are the two most watched (40 per cent).
Three out of four people said they always stop watching their favourite TV shows, no matter how they feel.
People will also stop watching “Game of Thrones” on HBO (37%), “Three’s Company” from the 1980s (36%), and “Frasier,” a spinoff of “Cheers” that starred Kelsey Grammer (36%).
“The Office,” another NBC show that helped make stars, was liked by 36% of the people. And 35% chose “MASH,” a comedy that takes place during the Korean War.
A new January 31 found that nearly 20% of people think the 1980s and 1990s were the best decades for TV.
Only 7% think that now is the best time to watch TV.
Kimberly Taylor said, “It’s not surprising that so many people still love. And watch old TV shows.” Who is in charge of getting the word out about YouTube TV? “Watching an old favourite show is comforting and brings back good memories. But we are just as happy about all the great live TV we can watch now.”
According to the survey, forty percent of people still have VHS or DVD copies of their favourite TV show episodes. But 37% said that their favourite show is no longer on. And 21% wish they could watch them live on TV or in person.
