As an actor, Kaley Cuoco takes her physical appearance very seriously. Kaley Cuoco posts pictures of her workout routine on social media. A video of the “Flight Attendant” actress working on her “SoulCycle At-Home training cycle” was published.

Kaley Cuoco was taught by her sister, Brianna, and by Ryan Sorensen, who was her private coach.

During the ride, Kaley turned on the experience setting on SoulCycle At-free Residence. Users can use this feature to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime while working out. From different platforms, customers can stream their favourite shows. The Huge Bang Theory star worked out using weighted squats, one-legged deadlifts, battle rope, and stair climbs. As shown by her tweet, “Love my @soulcycle bike, @eqxplus! We use the free experience setting during our coaching sessions.

The actress filmed the workout in the gym of her $12 million mansion in Hidden Hills, a unique part of Los Angeles. Her home gym is made in a modern style. In her home gym, she has a SoulCycle bike and a treadmill. A VersaClimber, grey cabinets, and a small console table where Kaley Cuoco put her water bottle.

She also does a lot of strenuous physical activity. The famous person showed how well she could keep her balance by working out on a blue training ball and using mobility sticks. She now has gravel where her battle ropes used to be, and she can relax in her fancy home pool after her workout.

Kaley Cuoco looked at the camera and said, “That’s a lot harder than it looks.” She meant that the activity was more challenging than it looked. Her coach, Ryan Sorensen, told her to drop the sticks, but Kaley didn’t want to.

She said, “Not a…no way.” Then she let go of one of the sticks and used her body and the other stick to stay upright and balanced. After that, Kaley’s coach told her to let go of the second stick. The Flight Attendant star paused perfectly balanced for a few seconds before gliding off the platform. Her performance was good.
