Kaley tries to eat as healthy as she can when she can. You must eat many fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood every week. She likes routines, so she eats the same dishes daily and changes the spices to keep things interesting. Kaley used to eat kids’ cereal for breakfast. It was in the cabinets in her kitchen. She used to like jam, but now she likes peanut butter on toast. She is cautious about picking peanut butter that has less sugar. Kaley gets the energy she needs from carbs, which helps her prepare for her daily workouts. She gets enough plant protein from peanut butter to fuel her muscles and help her run faster.

She goes to CorePower Yoga every day. There, she will take classes like Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion. In between poses in Sculpt Class, you do jump jacks, so she also gets some exercise.
